Shirley-California

Hi Bob,

Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn’t respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Thank you for hooking me up with someone who wasn’t pushy and allowed the spirit to guide my purchase.
