LDSAgents.com is a real estate referral service that geographically matches clients with real estate professionals. LDSAgents.com does not provide FSBO services.

Referral Fees

LDSAgents.com shall receive a referral commission of twenty-five (25) percent of the gross commission payable to the agent's broker at the time of closing (i.e., our referral fee is 25%).

Risk Free

There is no charge for registering on our site. Only when a transaction is successfully completed does LDSAgents.com earn a commission.

LDSAgents.com shall sustain the highest possible level of dependability and trust with agents and clients.

Referral Fee Agreement (RFA)

LDSAgents.com shall, at or about the time of making a referral, provide the agent/broker with an RFA. The RFA shall be signed and and returned via fax or mail with the understanding that time is of the essence.

Website Data Access/Security

Information submitted by the agent to LDSAgents.com will not be available to other agents, to clients or the general public without the agent's explicit permission.

Agent Registration Agreement

The following terms are implemented to ensure the highest level of quality control over services rendered to agents and clients: LDSAgents.com (the "SERVICE") reserves the right to deny registration or continued access to the SERVICE to any person at any time for any reason. An Agent desiring to use the SERVICE shall hold an active real estate sales agent or broker's license, or be on active referring status in the state where the agent does business. Agents with inactive licenses are not eligible for the SERVICE. Agent shall act in full compliance with the laws, regulations, and applicable codes of his or her state. Agent shall regularly report on client contacts and transactions referred to them through or by this SERVICE. Agent shall inform LDSAgents.com of any changes in the agent's address, telephone and fax numbers, employing broker, or status of agent's real estate license. Changes may be made by through the website or by email. Agent agrees to permit LDSAgents.com to interview the agent personally, to contact the agent's broker, and/or to solicit other references in order to determine agent's eligibility to receive referrals from the SERVICE.
