I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.

Judy was amazing.  We really love her.  However she is right inventory is so low out there.  We did not want to make any offers on what she showed us.  Nothing seemed to fit.  Everything needed a lot of work.  We are waiting to find something that is right.  Thank you for referring us to Judy.

Oh my goodness! I am really embarrassed over the fact that I needed a realtor RIGHT NOW and you got one for me.

Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.

They both seemed quite knowledgeable.  I would recommend them.

I forgot to tell you that Teri did a great job when we went out with her and she did a ton of work researching houses before we got there.

We really enjoyed working with Sacia. She went out of her way to help us find the right place and to ensure the entire experience went smoothly. She went beyond the call of duty a number of times and we're grateful Bob recommended her to us.

Trevor was very helpful. From the start he made sure he was doing everything he could for us. He ended up going on vacation before he could take us to see any houses and had his co-worker help us out. We ended up buying a house with that agent, but we appreciate all the time he spent helping us.

Ella reached out right away and has been very helpful.  Looking forward to meeting her when we travel down to look at homes.
