The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.

They both seemed quite knowledgeable.  I would recommend them.
