Kelly was exceptional from beginning to end. The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Upon her return from her trip, she handled every aspect of our transaction with expertise and professionalism.
Kelly knew the local market, the LDS community (and related considerations), was very well connected, and was instrumental in guiding us to a choice location where our kids would be in top schools and youth programs. The market was very competitive, and she was dialed in! She found us a very nice home before it ever hit the market. She got us early (first) access, and we were under contract before anyone else even had a chance. Her negotiations with the listing agent were critical to securing the deal, and she saved us $15k as we entered into escrow. Meanwhile, when it came to the negotiation process for repairs, she once again saved us another $4k. She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's.
