I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.

Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Rebecca was really good at taking me around to the houses that were for sale and letting me look around and ask questions.  I would give her a 10!
