We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. Adam was great. Because of our distant location from the property that was for sale, he took control of the situation, as we asked him to. He arranged and oversaw the repairs that needed to be done and was always available when we needed him. Amazing job!!
