Jessica went above and beyond by video recording multiple houses as I was out of state. She filed multiple bid paperwork and was reassuring as they fell through. When I finally found what felt like the right home for me she stood by me and tried to get me the best deal possible even under some strenuous circumstances as the house was built in 1916. She has enough other professional contacts to get work and inspections done in a timely manner and for reasonable if not great pricing. I would not have been able to be where I am...without her. Kelly was exceptional from beginning to end. The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Upon her return from her trip, she handled every aspect of our transaction with expertise and professionalism.

Kelly knew the local market, the LDS community (and related considerations), was very well connected, and was instrumental in guiding us to a choice location where our kids would be in top schools and youth programs. The market was very competitive, and she was dialed in! She found us a very nice home before it ever hit the market. She got us early (first) access, and we were under contract before anyone else even had a chance. Her negotiations with the listing agent were critical to securing the deal, and she saved us $15k as we entered into escrow. Meanwhile, when it came to the negotiation process for repairs, she once again saved us another $4k. She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's. I have told many people already that we were very blessed to have her as our agent, and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.

Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Trevor was very helpful. From the start he made sure he was doing everything he could for us. He ended up going on vacation before he could take us to see any houses and had his co-worker help us out. We ended up buying a house with that agent, but we appreciate all the time he spent helping us.
