We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. Trevor was very helpful. From the start he made sure he was doing everything he could for us. He ended up going on vacation before he could take us to see any houses and had his co-worker help us out. We ended up buying a house with that agent, but we appreciate all the time he spent helping us.
