Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in. Probably my best experience to date with any realtor - and we have relocated quite a few times. She applied her faith based principles with mine in looking for places to show me and she drove the distances in showing them to me.

Oh my goodness! I am really embarrassed over the fact that I needed a realtor RIGHT NOW and you got one for me.

Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.

They both seemed quite knowledgeable.  I would recommend them.

Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy!
