I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.

Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Kelly was exceptional from beginning to end. The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Upon her return from her trip, she handled every aspect of our transaction with expertise and professionalism.

Kelly knew the local market, the LDS community (and related considerations), was very well connected, and was instrumental in guiding us to a choice location where our kids would be in top schools and youth programs. The market was very competitive, and she was dialed in! She found us a very nice home before it ever hit the market. She got us early (first) access, and we were under contract before anyone else even had a chance. Her negotiations with the listing agent were critical to securing the deal, and she saved us $15k as we entered into escrow. Meanwhile, when it came to the negotiation process for repairs, she once again saved us another $4k. She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's. I have told many people already that we were very blessed to have her as our agent, and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.

Kelly was excellent, and we were very fortunate to have her represent us.

Morrie is a fantastic agent. Lots of good pointers on preparing a house to sell. He knows his stuff. We will start on home improvements as money allows and then contact him again next year to list our house.

We were moving from Utah to San Antonio, Texas towards the end of the COVID pandemic so we couldn't fly down to Texas to look for houses. Our son in Texas found Deborah through LDSAgents.com and we started working with her through texts, emails, and Zoom visits. She understood completely when we gave her "ward boundaries" to look in.
We needed a single story, handicapped accessible home in move-in condition on the far north central side, and those are rare. We finally found one that would be perfect, we did a Zoom tour with Deborah and our son, and we immediately put an offer on it. There were competing offers, but the seller accepted and signed our offer. Two days later, the seller's agent admitted that they had gotten a late, larger cash offer after signing our contract, and they did everything imaginable to make the sale miserable to try to make us back out. Deborah put up with so much harassment by the seller's agent, but Deborah hung in there and finally after a month, the nightmare was over and we closed. In a seller's market, you need someone to fight for you, and Deborah was certainly a fighter. We appreciated her advice and counsel, and we will forever be grateful for the enormous amount of work she put into our sale. She is highly recommended.
