Jessica went above and beyond by video recording multiple houses as I was out of state. She filed multiple bid paperwork and was reassuring as they fell through. When I finally found what felt like the right home for me she stood by me and tried to get me the best deal possible even under some strenuous circumstances as the house was built in 1916. Oh my goodness! I am really embarrassed over the fact that I needed a realtor RIGHT NOW and you got one for me.

Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.
