Lisa was AMAZING....she was, without a doubt, the perfect match for us!

She was super quick to respond to questions, night and day; she helped us find a fantastic lender, and she went above and beyond when working with the builder of the new home, which we closed-on last week!

We feel like we actually have a new friend now, not just a realtor. Really, truly, we cannot be more grateful for her help...she is a fantastic person!

We were moving from Utah to San Antonio, Texas towards the end of the COVID pandemic so we couldn't fly down to Texas to look for houses. Our son in Texas found Deborah through LDSAgents.com and we started working with her through texts, emails, and Zoom visits. She understood completely when we gave her "ward boundaries" to look in.

We needed a single story, handicapped accessible home in move-in condition on the far north central side, and those are rare. We finally found one that would be perfect, we did a Zoom tour with Deborah and our son, and we immediately put an offer on it. There were competing offers, but the seller accepted and signed our offer. Two days later, the seller's agent admitted that they had gotten a late, larger cash offer after signing our contract, and they did everything imaginable to make the sale miserable to try to make us back out. Deborah put up with so much harassment by the seller's agent, but Deborah hung in there and finally after a month, the nightmare was over and we closed. In a seller's market, you need someone to fight for you, and Deborah was certainly a fighter. We appreciated her advice and counsel, and we will forever be grateful for the enormous amount of work she put into our sale. She is highly recommended.

Lauri was AMAZING. She was so responsive and helpful at every stage of the process. When we came down to visit the area, Lauri set aside several days to show us around and introduce us to the area. Moving is always hectic. Kelly was amazing! We moved from out of state and really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. She was so helpful. She helped us make and navigate multiple offers and negotiations. She went back to the house we were under contract for multiple times to check things for us while we were out of state. I really couldn't recommend her more!

Judy was amazing. We really love her. However she is right inventory is so low out there. We did not want to make any offers on what she showed us. Nothing seemed to fit. Everything needed a lot of work. We are waiting to find something that is right. Thank you for referring us to Judy.
