The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Upon her return from her trip, she handled every aspect of our transaction with expertise and professionalism.

Her negotiations with the listing agent were critical to securing the deal, and she saved us $15k as we entered into escrow. Meanwhile, when it came to the negotiation process for repairs, she once again saved us another $4k. She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's. I have told many people already that we were very blessed to have her as our agent, and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.
