Kelly was exceptional from beginning to end. The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Upon her return from her trip, she handled every aspect of our transaction with expertise and professionalism.

She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's. I have told many people already that we were very blessed to have her as our agent, and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.

Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Judy was amazing.  We really love her.  However she is right inventory is so low out there.  We did not want to make any offers on what she showed us.  Nothing seemed to fit.  Everything needed a lot of work.  We are waiting to find something that is right.  Thank you for referring us to Judy.
