Adam was great. Because of our distant location from the property that was for sale, he took control of the situation, as we asked him to. He arranged and oversaw the repairs that needed to be done and was always available when we needed him. Amazing job!!

Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in. Probably my best experience to date with any realtor - and we have relocated quite a few times. I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.
