Adam was great. Because of our distant location from the property that was for sale, he took control of the situation, as we asked him to. He arranged and oversaw the repairs that needed to be done and was always available when we needed him. Amazing job!!

Ric was great. He and Dan showed me all the places I requested to see. Ric helped us make timely offers and his advice was invaluable. Answered all our questions and made valuable recommendations. Trevor was very helpful. From the start he made sure he was doing everything he could for us. He ended up going on vacation before he could take us to see any houses and had his co-worker help us out. We ended up buying a house with that agent, but we appreciate all the time he spent helping us.

We were moving from Utah to San Antonio, Texas towards the end of the COVID pandemic so we couldn't fly down to Texas to look for houses. Our son in Texas found Deborah through LDSAgents.com and we started working with her through texts, emails, and Zoom visits. She understood completely when we gave her "ward boundaries" to look in.

We needed a single story, handicapped accessible home in move-in condition on the far north central side, and those are rare. We finally found one that would be perfect, we did a Zoom tour with Deborah and our son, and we immediately put an offer on it. There were competing offers, but the seller accepted and signed our offer. Two days later, the seller's agent admitted that they had gotten a late, larger cash offer after signing our contract, and they did everything imaginable to make the sale miserable to try to make us back out. Deborah put up with so much harassment by the seller's agent, but Deborah hung in there and finally after a month, the nightmare was over and we closed. In a seller's market, you need someone to fight for you, and Deborah was certainly a fighter. We appreciated her advice and counsel, and we will forever be grateful for the enormous amount of work she put into our sale. She is highly recommended.

Judy was amazing. We really love her. However she is right inventory is so low out there. We did not want to make any offers on what she showed us. Nothing seemed to fit. Everything needed a lot of work. We are waiting to find something that is right. Thank you for referring us to Judy.
