Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Thank you for hooking me up with someone who wasn't pushy and allowed the spirit to guide my purchase.

Sybil bent over backwards for us. I've never heard or seen anyone work so hard to get us the perfect house. She was amazing! She took calls and answered questions at all hours of the day, drove hours out of her way to pick us up and drop us off, and spent all day with us several days in a row. She spent hours getting to know us and what we wanted in a house. She made us feel welcome in a state we had never been to and knew nothing about. We just can't say enough good about her! We love our new home and would recommend her to anyone.

Ric was great. He and Dan showed me all the places I requested to see. Ric helped us make timely offers and his advice was invaluable. Answered all our questions and made valuable recommendations. Helped us with closing. I have even recommended him to a former neighbor for if she decides to more. I would highly recommend him. Thanks for directing me to him.
