I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.

Jessica went above and beyond by video recording multiple houses as I was out of state. She filed multiple bid paperwork and was reassuring as they fell through. When I finally found what felt like the right home for me she stood by me and tried to get me the best deal possible even under some strenuous circumstances as the house was built in 1916. She has enough other professional contacts to get work and inspections done in a timely manner and for reasonable if not great pricing. I would not have been able to be where I am...without her. I would recommend her 10 times over.

Trevor was very helpful. From the start he made sure he was doing everything he could for us. He ended up going on vacation before he could take us to see any houses and had his co-worker help us out. We ended up buying a house with that agent, but we appreciate all the time he spent helping us.
Lauri was AMAZING. She was so responsive and helpful at every stage of the process. When we came down to visit the area, Lauri set aside several days to show us around and introduce us to the area. Sybil bent over backwards for us. I've never heard or seen anyone work so hard to get us the perfect house. She was amazing! She took calls and answered questions at all hours of the day, drove hours out of her way to pick us up and drop us off, and spent all day with us several days in a row. She spent hours getting to know us and what we wanted in a house. She made us feel welcome in a state we had never been to and knew nothing about. We just can't say enough good about her! We love our new home and would recommend her to anyone.
