Oh my goodness! I am really embarrassed over the fact that I needed a realtor RIGHT NOW and you got one for me.

Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.

They both seemed quite knowledgeable.  I would recommend them.

Adam was great. Because of our distant location from the property that was for sale, he took control of the situation, as we asked him to. He arranged and oversaw the repairs that needed to be done and was always available when we needed him. Amazing job!!

Ric was great. He and Dan showed me all the places I requested to see. Ric helped us make timely offers and his advice was invaluable. Answered all our questions and made valuable recommendations. Helped us with closing. I have even recommended him to a former neighbor for if she decides to more. I would highly recommend him. Thanks for directing me to him.
